Obtain and transfer the occlusal plane information efficiently in a cost-effective manner, replacing the complex and expensive face bow The occlusal information enhances the quality of the prosthesis, in either the analog/digital workflow

How to apply directly to the oral cavity

1. Prepare the POP stick and POP arm by connecting them to one another
2. Mount the prepared occlusal wax rim intraorally and take the posterior bite conventionally using Aluwax
3. Apply PVS bite registration material on residual teeth or occlusal wax rim
4. Place the VPS bite registration material to align the center of the POP stick with a pre-marked middle line on the patients front
5. Adjust the POP stick to be parallel to the patient’s interpupillary line
6. To create left-right symmetry of the maxillary arch, adjust the stick of the POP BOW with the left and right of the forehead to be symmetrical when viewed from above the patient’s head
7. After the VPS bite registration material has hardened, adjust the left and right POP arms to be parallel to Camper’s line marked in advance
8. Remove the POP BOW and VPS bite registration material from the oral cavity, and send this to your dental laboratory with the upper and lower jaw models
9. With the acquired POP BOW system, average mounting of the upper and lower model can be performed on the articulator

How to use it with lmpression Tray

1. Mount the POP dip on the impression tray
2. Use the impression material to take an intraoral impression of the patient
3. Examine the handle of the tray and assess for any distortion in the occlusal plane
4. Mount the POP BOW system to the dip midline and transfer the patient’s vertical and horizontal jaw relations, as well as left and right symmetry and Camper’s line
5. Using the bite registration material and POP BOW assembly, mount the model using plaster and have the base parallel with the POP BOW. This model base can indicate the occlusal plane
6. Utilize the POP plate to easily obtain information about the anterior occlusal plane
